The following terminology applies to these Service Provisions and Payments Terms Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", «Customer", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", «The Consultancy», "Ourselves", "We", "Our", "Us", "XportKat" refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Republic of Belarus. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. 

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Provision of Services

The provision of services shall be carried out within the period specified on the description of a particular service or product, and for the subscriptions alone it shall be done during the period of the provision of a particular subscription service, starting from the day the service is duly paid. If there is a free trial period on the subscription it is automatically added to your subscription term for free.

Payment Return

When paid by a bank card, no cash refunds shall be accepted. When the service contract is bounced, any return of money paid by our customers for our services, shall be carried out in the same form that the payment for work (services) was made unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. The money return procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems.

The procedure for the return of services (goods) is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus as of January 9, 2002 N 90-Z “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”. The customer is deemed to have the right to unilaterally refuse to fulfill the service contract provided that the customer pays off in full the expenses actually incurred by the consultancy, unless otherwise provided by law.

Payments, Security & Data Protection

Payment by credit cards is carried out through Alfa-Bank, ZAO, Minsk, Belarus, We accept cards of international payment systems including VISA, MasterCard.

The payment security is ensured by up-to-date methods of verification, encryption, effective anti-fraud protection and high level security protection for data transfer.

Our customer’s bank card data is entered on the Alfa-bank’s secure authorization page only. In order to pay, the customer should enter the card details: number, holder name as stated on the card, term of expiration and a three-digit security code. The three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard) is the three digits on the back of the card. If the card supports 3D Secure Technology, you will be redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card to enter the security code.


The personal information the customer provides including: name, address, phone, e-mail, bank card number, etc. is treated strictly confidential and is not subject to disclosure to a third party. Card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and no data is saved or stored on for further transactions or whatsoever.​


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or

  • exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
